What happens on the first call?

You tell me how things work today and what's not working. I'll ask a few questions and tell you honestly what I'd do, and whether I'm the right fit.

Do I need to know what software I need?

Not at all. Figuring that out is my job. Just describe the problem the way you'd describe it to a friend.

Do you work with businesses outside Massachusetts?

Yes. I'm based in Montague, MA and work with small businesses across the US remotely, and on-site locally.

Do you fix computers or build websites?

No. I don't do laptop, printer or network repair, or website design. I set up and connect the software your business runs on.
