Hi, I'm Alli Kaeppel.

20 years of making tech work for real organizations
I started in IT at the Center for Responsive Schools, an education nonprofit, where I spent eight years as Manager of Information Technology: running the network and servers, managing the budget, and becoming the organization's Salesforce administrator. That's where I learned how much a well-built system can change the way a small team works.
From there I spent nearly eight years at Brillion as a business analyst, project manager and, most recently, Senior Solution Architect: leading requirements sessions, designing Salesforce solutions, writing the specs, running testing and training users. I've also been consulting independently since 2020.
I founded Pallas Cloud in 2025 with a simple belief: small businesses deserve the same tech clarity as big ones, without the big-firm price, the jargon, or the upsell.
